2 Boneless Chicken Breasts or 2 servings Chicken Tenders
2 Medium to Large Red Potatoes cut into bite sized pieces
Fresh Asparagus
6-8 TBS Celia's Sun Dried Caprese Vinaigrette

Cooking Instructions

Heat 3 TBS Caprese in a large saute pan. Add potatoes and saute, stirring occasionally for about 8 minutes.

Push potatoes to outside edge of pan. Add 3 TBS Caprese to middle of pan. Add chicken and saute approximately 8 minutes (until browned). Turn chicken over, stir potatoes and add asparagus between chicken breasts and potatoes. Cover with a tight fitting lid and cook approximately 10 minutes until chicken is has browned and has cooked through.

Serve on plate and drizzle pan drippings over chicken.
